Part-Time Office & Marketing Coordinator

Magaldi Technologies, a subsidiary of Magaldi Power S.p.a., has a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual who wants a diverse number of duties centered around helping to support the day-to-day activities of the sales and service Team.  Training will be provided, but this person should have a general knowledge about basic accounting, digital marketing, Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM Systems.

Position Title: Office & Marketing Coordinator
Experience:  3+ years in accounting and/or administrative assistant role
Degree Required:  Associates in accounting and/or related experience preferred
Travel:  Not required
Location:  Alpharetta, Georgia
Language Requirements: English
Software Requirements: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) & SAP

Direct Reports:  None
Reporting to:  General Manager

Time Commitment:  Variable and flexible – 2 to 20 hours per week depending upon workload and schedule.  Times and workload to be worked out on a weekly basis and flexibility is key.

Salary: Depending upon experience, expected range is from $25-$30/hour

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Order Management:

  1. Quoting, receiving, and acknowledging customer spare parts and equipment orders
  2. Preparation of customer order documentation including packaging, delivery, shipment tracking, etc.
  3. Spare parts and service invoicing
  4. Accounts receivable 

Office Management and Support:

  1. Purchasing:  Office supplies, new supplier development, internal order management, etc.
  2. Miscellaneous:  Mail receipt and sorting
  3. Travel:  Hotel/Airlines booking support, cancellations, changes and other
  4. Company compliance with all standardized procedures and work instructions
  5. Development of additional standardized procedures and protocols as needed

Accounting:

  1. Expense reports (entry, review, etc.)
  2. SAP data entry as needed

Marketing:

  1. Collaborate in planning and organizing local trade shows and other industry events as needed
  2. Perform business-to-business marketing activities as needed
  3. Help to create both digital and print media
  4. Help maintain social media presence as assigned
